This competition was first introduced 2007 to highlight the fantastic quality and product range that pork has to offer the catering market.
The competition has grown each year with over 200 entries across six categories.
The competition categories are all submitted and tasted behind closed doors.
Judges go through a number of specific criteria and toil their way through a mountain of pork products to arrive at a winner for each category.
Also there is an overall winner who gets to hold the title of BPEX Foodservice Pork Product of the Year Champion.
